Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This policy describes information provided to Dar Tech US LLC, doing business as i2VC (“i2VC”, “we”, “us”), through our website, communications, founder submissions, events, and community activities. It applies to i2VC generally, rather than to a single event.

i2VC is a venture intelligence platform, not a fund.

1. Information you provide

When you contact us, submit a company for review, or express interest in an event, partnership, or community activity, you may provide your name, email address, company, professional background, profile links, interests, and the contents of your messages. Founder submissions may also include company information and a link to a deck or other materials. The information collected depends on the form or communication you use.

2. Why we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, review submissions, and communicate with you about the event, community activity, or relationship you contacted us about. Any additional notice or consent request presented with a form or activity should be read together with this policy.

3. Forms and other service providers

i2VC uses third-party services for forms, email, and document storage. Information entered into a third-party form or service is also handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Review the notices shown by that service before submitting information.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help us run i2VC. This includes tools that help us read, summarize, sort and respond to the information you send us, draft and review communications, and analyze submissions such as founder or company materials. Information you submit through our forms, emails and other communications may be processed by these AI systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not put sensitive information, such as passwords or government ID numbers, into AI tools, and we ask you not to send it to us.

AI tools can make mistakes. If you think information about you was handled or summarized incorrectly, or you would like us not to process your information with AI tools, use our Connect page and tell us. We will review the request and respond.

We may update this section as our use of AI changes, and we will change the effective date when we do.

5. Events and community activities

i2VC may share links to third-party events and community activities. If you register, buy a ticket, or submit information directly to an organizer or registration platform, that service’s privacy policy applies to the information you give it. This policy does not replace the organizer’s notices.

Event links may include campaign parameters identifying the source channel or campaign. These parameters help distinguish traffic from different channels; they do not themselves include your name or email address.

6. Sensitive or restricted information

Please do not send passwords, bank credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary contact forms or email. If company materials are confidential or subject to restrictions, contact us before providing them.

7. Privacy requests and communications

For questions about information you have provided, or to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to promotional communications, use our Connect page. You can also use an unsubscribe option included in a message. Please describe your request without including sensitive identification documents.

8. Updates

We may update this policy as our services and activities change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
